Employees Krombärchen U3 childcare near the brewery For us, being sustainable also means making it easier to reconcile work and family life. That is why we have launched the „Krombärchen“ childcare centre. Up to nine children are taken care of here daily from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. We have also introduced „modern working“ - this allows flexible working outside the actual workplace. The renewed certification as a family-friendly company confirms that we are doing the right thing.
