Our Sustainability Academy was launched in October 2021. Here, our trainees and dual students participate directly in the company‘s sustainable development and contribute their own ideas. The goal is to establish, promote and advance sustainable thinking and action at an early stage. As a family-oriented company, we greatly appreciate the loyalty of our employees. DID YOU KNOW? Open communication is very important to us in our engagements. To keep our employees up to date, we have used an employee app for two years, where we report on our latest projects and share updates on our previous activities. DO YOU CONTROL THE QUALITY OF YOUR TRAINING? Krombacher has been promoting young talents for many years. In order to get a transparent image of the quality of our training on offer, the company took part for the first time in this year‘s „Excellent Training Company“ trainee survey. The evaluation and award are based on the results of an anonymous survey of all trainees currently being trained at the company. The result: „Excellent training company – apprentice tested 2021“. DID YOU KNOW? Sustainability is team work. In order to offer our employees a platform for their ideas for more sustainability in the company, we launched the “Krombacher Ideenquelle” (Krombacher Ideas Source), a suggestion tool on the intranet, 6 years ago. 21 21
